Our NPCC-602 for adhesives is characterized by small and even particle size, big surface area, and high in DOP adsorption and low moisture content, etc. It is widely used in PU and silicone adhesives. Advantages as follows: 1. Low moisture content and close to PH neutral and good in chemical stability, there is no reaction with cure exposy in adhesives. 2. High dosage can be added, hence greatly reduce cost. 3. Reinforcing property mechanical properties (hardness and compression strength), heat transfer, heat resistance, adhesion and corrosion resistance can be increased, contraction rate and expansion coefficiency can be lowered, can be increased. In addition, it can lend lubricating property to adhesives and improve process, hence obtain overall improvements. 4. Small particle size and high specific surface area; coating used to treat NPCC-602 has a good co***tibility with adhesive; it can function as ,thixotropic agent. 5. NPCC-602 is very easy to be colored and has no negative effect on product color. 6. NPCC-602 shows different modification property in different adhesives. --It improves rehology behavior in PVC plastisol; --Strength and abrasion resistance are increased in silicone structure adhesive; --Reinforcing and heat resistance are better in hot melt adhesive; --Water-based adhesive becomes thicker and more sticky
