NPCC-202 is based on Nano Precipitated Calcium Carbonate and especially designed for PVC profile application. It is coated by a very special high molecular weight organic material, which is very close to the molecular weight of PVC. Co***tibility between NPCC-202 and PVC is outstanding, hence very good plasticization property, so PVC profile mechanical properties are increased and PVC heat stability is improved and good processibility is realized. Our special high molecular weigh coating was awarded national patent. Guide lines for dosage added: ---if normal calcium carbonate is 5 phr in existing formulation, 5-8 phr NPCC-202 can be added on top of existing formulation ---if normal calcium carbonate is 10-30 phr in existing formulation,10-15 phr NPCC-202 can be added ----If existing formulation is high in normal calcium carbonate, our nano added can be 30-50% of existing normal calcium carbonate in high content. ----or you can give us your formulation, we will recommend your dosage added. Note: after NPCC-202 is added, you may need to decrease lubricant dosage if Ampere current is lower; the ideal dosage added amount is reached when the current is just about to increase. If it is difficult to decrease lubricant, you can just add more NPCC-202, usually about 2-3 phr extra, Ampere current will return to normal. The key in nano calcium carbonate applications is dispersion, good dispersion guarantees the successful applications of nano calcium carbonate. Our NPCC-202 has no dispersion problem which has been bothering many nano producers. &©|61656; Unique coating.
