Nano calcium carbonate (Nano-precipitated calcium carbonate<NPCC>) is a new type nano-specific activity product special for plastic, rubber. NPCC with small particle size, narrow size distribution, surface area, high chemical activity characteristics, while NPCC with unique ¡°surface effect,¡± ¡°small size effect¡± and ¡°quantum effect¡±, plus a large number of filled products can still be given excellent performance, while a delicate touch, smooth dense appearance, good processing performance, reduce costs and increase competitiveness of their products.

Improve the performance of products£ºNano calcium carbonate (NPCC) can improve the rheological properties of plastic products, size stability, and heat aging resistance; really play enhancement, toughening effect, and partially replace expensive titanium dioxide, optical brighteners, silica and other meteorological fillers and additives, which highly reduce the amount of resin, lower production costs, improve market competitiveness. And PE / PP resins have good co***tibility, can improve the mobility of products, finishes, and bending strength; lower melt index and viscosity, improving the processing performance.

Applications: NPCC-201 can be widely used in polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), ABS (acrylonitrile - butadiene - styrene) and chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and other plastics.
